After earning her PhD from UNC over a decade ago, Shen promptly went into real estate.  Since then, she has been named in the top 100 agents in the Triangle for production, won local awards including Best Real Estate Firm in Chapel Hill, has been featured in news articles, and has over 150 5-star reviews.  Although her niche is Mid Century Modern and Modern architecture, she serves both buyers and sellers for every type of house and at all price points.  She founded and operates the Compass group Carolina Haven Collective, a group of solo agents aimed offering only the best service.
