We believe that clients deserve to have solid data upon which to make rational decisions.  As a former academic, Shen is classically trained to research, write, and teach, so her passion is to mine good data and present clear-minded options to her clients.

We understand the impact of networking for our clients’ bottom line. We have a lot of friends in the industry, and have been building a database of agents throughout the Triangle for years. Every time we list a property, we text and call over 100 local agents to personally let them know about it, and we send email blasts to over 1,000 agents in the Triangle area. Additionally, we have a growing list of hundreds of searching buyers we send your property to, and we find even more potential buyers through our open houses. Our full-throttle approach to networking often results in multiple offer scenarios for our clients, resulting in more money.

Buyers still find homes through other channels, so we also use proven real-world marketing techniques. Our for sale signs feature a unique keyword that buyers can text to get your listing instantly sent to their phone. When they text, we instantly get their contact information and follow up immediately to schedule a showing.
